We were pleased to organise the sixth Envisory Pacific Partnership Energy Conference (EPPEC), held at Anthony Harper’s Auckland offices from 23 to 25 February 2026. Titled “Energy Resilience – Strengthening Supply, Standards, and Security in the Pacific”, the conference brought together attendees from eight Pacific Island countries to learn from expert guest speakers. Key themes included fuel security, pricing templates, infrastructure standards, shipping, supply contracts, and procurement.

In addition to sharing expertise and best practice, the conference focused on encouraging discussion and information exchange among participating countries. Key outcomes and discussion points are summarised below:

·       Energy security, affordability, and sustainability

·       Robust fuel quality standards

·       Pricing templates and regional databases for fuel prices and pricing methodologies

·       Infrastructure investment, maintenance, and funding strategies

·       Procurement strategies

·       Shared commercial storage and shipping arrangements

·       Training and capacity building
